Move on to the next girl. You will find another one without a boyfriend. Even if you did succeed to get her away from her boyfriend it would be a mess and would most likely end up being more heartache than it is worth. I've seen it happen many times.

She said she had a bf (that means I'm not available to you). THEN told you she HAD a bf 13 months ago, and has been single since then. She doesn't want to hurt you, so she's saying "no" nicely. Don't push it. You will end up getting hurt bad, if you do. Leave it at that... Stay friends. She knows how you feel, and if she felt the same, you'd be together now, instead of wondering.
