Help answer this question below.

I have a JVC AV-36D304 TV, when I turn it on all I get is a blue screen that flickers, if I turn the TV off and on 20 times or so it may or may not work. Now it won't tune in at all, any sugestions? Repair or replace? TV is 4 years

    replace you will be charged a $100 just for someone to look at it and you will haveto go threw the trouble of takeing it in to a shop IF YOU CAN FIND ONE!
    lol and the price of tvs these days you arebetter off getting a new box. and with the 09 digitle tv swith that tv may not even pick up a signle after 1 1 09.
