You don't really get her to do these things. These types of things will only work out if she wants to do them. Start by talking to her and casually suggesting a threesome, or going to a swingers club in your area. If she is into that, all you'll need to do is iron out the details, who where, when etc. You can't make her do things, or guilt her into or else she will only resent you fo ryour efforts. Guage her reacion when you bring this up, and let her be your guide.
