Before Word 2010, you could paste a screenshot into a doc, right click, and trim it; now you can only size it. What am I missing here?

You're reading I have many word rtf files to save.I would like to create a MS Word Macro to show the save as dialog box and change the save as type to doc. If possible I would like the macro to prompt for a file name and after I type in the name, save it as a doc file.
