  • For vegetables the greener the better. Stay away from carrots. Fruits would be apples, oranges. Then you have your superfoods like pomegranate and grapefruit.
  • i do not know but all i know is that i love them all heck yes lol
  • In a balanced diet, all fruits and vegetables are healthy. However there are some foods I try to eat every day: seaweed, onions, parsley, and apples -- seaweed for minerals, onions and parsley because they are highest in bioflavinoids -- and apples because the doctor says "an apple a day..." -- apples aid digestion, and so help your body to extract nutritive properties from all foods (I believe papaya and pineapple have the same properties, it's just that I live in an area where the climate is too cold for papaya and pineapple).
  • IMO the most healthful fruits are blackberries and boysenberries because they have the highest fiber content of any fruit or vegetable. Then I'd say apricots for their vitamin A and antioxidant content. Blueberries, red grapes, and cherries are good antioxidant sources. Tomatoes for their lycopene which is an antioxidant. Oranges for their vitamin C. Carrots are rich in fiber and carotenoids. Carotenoids are another good source of antioxidants. Onions are great for their circulatory benefits. Broccoli is "high in vitamin C and soluble fibre and contain multiple nutrients with potent anti-cancer properties: diindolylmethane, sulforaphane and selenium",
  • Great question. Tomatoes, avocados, apricots, bananas, spinach, apples, oranges, carrots, blueberries, cranberries. Really they are all very good for you in combination. I used to live without them but now I must have them in my daily diet.
