Help answer this question below.

My '94 Ford Explorer, when I come to a stop, sounds like it's not getting gas and want to shut down, and I have to rev the engine to keep it from stalling. After 15 minutes, the problem goes away. What could be wrong?

    my 1997 explorer started dying, it would it would restart for a few seconds and dye again, i changed the fuel filter because it seemed to be lacking fuel, checked fuel pump pressure it was 10 psi, still wouldnt run, but i checked the rad and found it low and filled it up and the thing started up and is now running, is there some kind of engine shutdown for the rad or was this just a fluke, and the truck ran normal temperature before all this happened

    remove the iac motor and clean it. it can have gunk build up that wont allow it to be functional while engine is cold but alright once it warms up. any check engine lights

    I imagine that its a mass air-flow sensor like the guy who answered the check engine light problem. I would check anything that changes in the engine warm-up cycle. Chiltern auto manual is a wealth of info.
