  • The answer to this is actually the phrase, "Nokotta, Nokotta," which literally means "remained, remained," as in the both fighters remain in the ring. Some interpret this as "Who will remain (win)?" You might also hear "Oi!! Hapyoi!" Which basically means "Get to it!" This is called when both wrestlers are clenched for too long (5 sec.)
  • Actually, it's "Yoi, hakkeyoi", and not "Oi hapyoi", which usually is heard when the opponents are not moving. When they are, it's "Nokotta, nokotta".
  • I have never have even heard of this.
