Why do www.toudou.com videos take so long to load? any way I can speed them up?

they take so long i think because they are from really small servers in japan or something its the same with the other yokou one or whatever it is. i have a program for speeding up tudou movies which works well and is stable but all the instructions are in japanese so its guess work but pretty straight forward. google video accelerator for toudou , you should find it , happy veiwing
