When opening a word document the message "The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not available" appears. When i click on cancel it states error 1706.Anyone know why and how to solve this?

If you are using Office XP - Try running spybot search and destroy - I'm pretty sure this fixes it. But I haven't come across this problem in 2-3years. You can download Spybot here: http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html Let me know if this doesn't work as I can dig up other solutions.
