  • drill a hole in stopper, then insert a wire, (eg coathanger), hook it out. If dont have drill or cant reach with drill, use large candle or small gas torch to heat end of straight-wire to melt a hole. If seal/cylinder is air-tight, use syringe -pierce stopper, and slowly fill with water / thin oil (lubcts better)
  • You could try heating the bottom of the cylinder GRADUALLY in water until the pressure pops the stopper out. N.B. If the pressure inside isn't enough to pop the stopper out but is strongert han the plastic can bear then the cylinder wil split or explode. N.B. There is a chance the stopper will come out quite exuberantly! DO NOT place it under anything you don't want broken! N.B. I don't know what is in the cylinder so use your head! If it is something likely to go boom or something then don't do this. DO NOT keep poking your face over it to see if it is working. Or you could try wiggling it back and forth (diagonal force is best from breaking vaccum seals (try it with your toilet plunger :) ) You could also try cooling/freezing it. It maybe that the contraction of the plastic will pop the rubber out. It is also possible the pressure of the rubber pushing against the plastic will break the cylinder lip. Hope this helps. Bliss
