It isn't in English, but you get the idea.

Make sure the front of the shirt is together. look at the shirt, head-on. lay the shirt face down on a flat surface. fold the left side and the right side, equally to the middle. think of the upside-down shirt as in three quarter pieces. grab the end of the shirt and fold toward you in two folds. turn the shirt over and whala!! you just folded a shirt. The folded shirt should be facing you with the open collar section, at the top. after practicing, its a piece of cake.

There are 4 acceptable ways: Retail folded, Home folded, Rolled (mil-spec)and hung (which doesn't really count). Retail is all about presentation so you lay the shirt face down ON A CLEAN SURFACE! Fold the sleves (even if they are short) into the middle of the shirt (about 30 degrees down from the level spot of the shoulder) then fold the bottom up about 2" to mask the bottom hem than take and fold the whole thing in half and turn it around. You will have an even professional fold presenting the style and logo of the shirt with easy acces to the tag (so you don't have to keep refolding it). Home folded can be the same, but take out the 1st bottom fold as it will wrinkle the way most folks stack their clothes. just the arms and then the bi-fold would be good for the anal-retentive. Alternativly, you can bifold don the middle of the shirt lengthwise (crease the front middle of the shirt) and then match the ars and tuck them in and bifold again on from the top to bottom this time. This will allow you to see the logo (usually on the left breast of men's shirts) without unfolding it. Rolling is for the backpacker and if you stretch the shirt while doing it you will roll without wrinkles (only for those who are military would you want to put this much effort into it!). For the recreational backpacker just fold the arms in and roll from the bottom to the top (if you want easy access without digging) or fold in half at the center-line of the chest and then roll for maximum compression. Hanging is the easiest of all (only when the shirts are dry please!) cause you can then face them all the same way and you can easily tell the sizes from just looking at the bottom of the hem hang. If anyone has other thoughts about these please respond with an exaple. Love Shaver
