  • I NEVER was turned down for a raise, BUT I ALWAYS had to ask for one. AND when I asked, I asked for more than I thought I deserved - AND got it! As young children, our Dad taught us: "When you go to the pile of gold, you DON'T go with a sand bucket and a teaspoon! You go with AT LEAST one steam shovel AND as many trucks as you think you'll need to reduce or move that pile of gold to wherever you want it to go - in your pockets and in your accounts!"
