Google "Rank" is based upon how many other sites are linked to your page. The only way to increase this is to increase how many sites link to your page. However to be honest this does not necessarily equate to more traffic. You would be better off concentrating on SEO optimization of your page. You're meta tags are contained in your individual website files. You can open those up in notepad, editplus or whatever editor your wish. They will be at the top of the file you will see them encased in meta tags. For example : <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1" /> <meta name="description" content="How do i get a better google rank on my site how do i change meta tags?"/> <meta name="keywords" content="google page rank, google"/> <meta name="Pragma" content="no-cache" /> <meta name="Cache-control" content="no-cache" /> <meta name="ROBOTS" content="ALL" />
