Can you believe it? I just got downrated for complimenting a member on AB. I was being nice and yet I get downrated. Are there really people out there who are that mean?

Unfortunately, there are people out there that are that mean, and will DR people over the most innocent of questions. I am a regular target of trolls...simply for being myself and being honest about it. Truly pathetic as the majority of them DR without leaving a comment.

I believe it. What you may not realize is that there are those who down rate the congratulator because they don't like the person being congratulated. It's the downraters sad and impotent little version of giving the finger to the honoree. I give the "finger" right back by uprating everybody as much as possible. :)

I didn't downrate you, but I admit, sometimes I do downrate things like "Would you like to help me congratulate Poopyhead for becoming a level 70 Sage? yaaay!!", it's just so childish and unneccessary, and on top of that it's a ploy to get a bunch of points for themselves. I mean...we're all adults here...we don't really need to constantly suck each other off, for lack of a better word.

Sometimes mistakes are made and people click the wrong reward section. Give it a while and see if this persons corrects it.
