Girls are really hard to read sometimes!
But normally if you make us laugh or smile then you're onto a winner. And if we make conversation with you, it suggests that we are interested.
Also i we touch you on your arm or something when we are with you that normally means we want to be closer with you.
But then some people are quite reserved and dont give out obvious signals.
I think if you and a girl get on really well and enjoy each others company it normally means she will like you.
Also if she can look straight at you, like into your eyes when you talk that is a v v v good sign!!
Try flirting a litte and if she doesnt respond she'll probably like you, but only as a friend.

you probably wont ever see a girl staring at you...because they(unlike most of us men) use periphial vision rather than tunnel vision....an example of this is.....when women have their eye on someone they move their eyes....when men loook at something they move their head rather than their eyes....this obvioudly being noticed by the person they are looking at.

There is no specific sign. Each girl is different. Some get nervous and just don't talk at all. Some talk too much. Trust me the most effective way to know if a girl likes you is in her eyes. The looks she gives you when her eyes and your eyes meet. Try to make eye contact often and see what happens.

Some of the girls I know would blush around their crush and not be able to talk properly. Other girls I know, are more outgoing and they are able to talk alot to their crush, or flirt with them. I know for sure, that my friend, she would bug my crush to death just so she can get his attention, It could be annoying though. But for me, since I am different, I'm shy. So I don't talk to my crush, flirt with him, or bug him to death. I'm the one who tries not to make it obvious. But when i say I don't talk to my crush, I do. Except I'm not the one going up to him to start a conversation, he has to come to me in order to start a conversation. I try to treat my crush as if he is like any other guy, and sometimes I give it away by smiling a bit too much when he talks to me. But you would know if a girl likes you, by the way she looks at you or in your eyes.
