To make a basic fist, you need to have 4 pcs of Oridecon and 10 Ruby. To make it very very strong, just add 2 pcs Star Crumb. [BTW every star crumb adds a "very" tag to the weapon in question.]

correction star crum also increases the success rate of your forging +anvil +dex*skill lvl and so on
