It's a good idea to get your Coach, or even yourself to send out videos of your performances and stats on paper to organizations you might think you have a chance with. Like being good at your sport, the more effort you put in, the more results you'll see. Hope this helps!

That's 100% correct! I once made a highlight tape of a high school basketball player and we sent them out to approx two to three dozen colleges and we got several scouts to come out and we also had other responses as well. You can do the same with baseball, by sending the information out to baseball scouts, colleges (if that's where you want to go), etc. If your good enough, someone will take notice. Sorry, I meant to put this in the comments!
