Hey, kevco40- Welcome to AB. The first thing you should know is that AB consists of 100% user participation. What that means is that we're all just users who log into AB just because we like to. There are SOME paid staff, but the number is few.
When you ask a question on AB, it may take some time for people to answer. Maybe no one who is logged in right now knows the answer. Maybe someone is researching it right now. But the main thing is to be PATIENT. Please, even though you may feel like you need to know right now, asking the same question multiple times not only will not get you an answer, but people upset at you for doing so. Just be patient, and your answer will come.
