Pretty sure they both have very similar amounts of sugar, but off hand dunno.
Incidentally I think they both have high-fructose corn syrup as sweeteners, at least in the U.S. Supposedly there is Coke in Mexico made only with sugar.
I don't drink Pepsi (don't like the taste) but I can tell you that Coke does not taste the same all around the world....so that may mean that there are different levels of sugars and/or other junk in all the differents Cokes depending on the countries...so it might be the same for Pêpsi...Thus the levels of sugar in Pepsi and Coke could be different or the same depending on the countries there are made in.....
As for hard fact number: I have no clue! but I guess they should pretty close...both cans are 150 calories so the stuff inside should be about the same...
Coke is the issue, the issue is not pepsi or coca cola
