Who would win in a fight between a Smilodon (sabre tooth cat) and a Phorusrhacos (a prehistoric terrorbird)? Serious answers only please.

Weren't those Phorusrhacoses about 8 or 12' tall? I'd think a few claw-slashes and a crushing bite from the beak and it'd be bye-bye kitty. The sabre-ish teeth were for stabbing relatively slowly after grabbing the antelope by the neck; they were apparently a little brittle. And if you've ever seen film of modern lions fighting, it's a lot of threats and snarling and only occasionally a grappling battle.
