If a restricted person is calling, how can I locate their number and find out who it is?

you can set your home phone so that blocked numbers are greatly reduced....some do get through. but otherwise there is no way, as far as i know. unless the person is harassing you and then it's a police matter.

you can call your phone provider and tell them that your being harassed and that you don't wish you recieve calls off anonamous numbers, salesmen and the like. If that fails call the police and you can get better results. we had this problem with a dodgy friend of my brothers who thought it'd be funny to leave messages on our machine like... "keep an eye or your mom while she walks to school cus i'm going to rape her" he got in a fair bit of trouble for it. But the kid was doing lots of things so he went down for 2 years in total i think...
