We once had an older parrot all of a sudden decide to lay and sit on eggs. At first we took the eggs away from her but she was insistent and just laid more. We were worried that it would take too much out of her so we left them under her. Then what we did was to cover her cage so it got dark for more hours of the day. After a month we took the eggs out and she didn't lay more. What you have to do is to stop her thinking it's breeding time. If she lays too many eggs she could suffer from calcium deficiency and egg binding. So you have to trick them into thinking it's NOT the right time. SO make her think it's winter time. Let her have about 8-10 hours of light a day and that's all. Don't feed her fresh veggies and fruits. N0 baths either. Just make it plain and cold like winter. After awhile she should stop laying. When she does, you can resume the fresh food and baths but don't lengthen her hours by too much or she may start up again. It's a good idea to give her a calcium supplement for birds just in case, if she is laying eggs. If she doesn't stop, ask a vet that specializes in avian medicine about hormone treatment to get her to stop:-)
