How did the apostles baptise saying the name(s) father, son, & Holy Ghost, or using the Name of Jesus?

They made sure that those who were to be baptized knew they were sinners and confessed their sins before they volunteered to baptize them. If they were, they usually either baptised them in the Jordan River or somewhere else and said, "I baptize you in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit", and then they are fully immersed, and are brought back up out of the water.

Look into the book of Acts and you will see that they baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Acts 2:38 gives us the formula to use.
