Help answer this question below.

Can I fail a drugs test from second hand smoke? I stopped by a party 5 days ago stayed there a couple of hours was only confined for about 5 mins and I did not get high. Most of time I was by an open door. I took 2 take home tests that say 99.9% accurate

    I don't know about marijuana but I know about tobacco... And I used to be a life insurance agent...

    If you are a nonsmoker who lives with someone who smokes five packs of cigarettes a day (that's 100 cigarettes), and you never leave that person's sight, you are still a nonsmoker.

    We used a a swab to test saliva, which was sent to a laboratory. Even in the case of someone who lived with a person who smoked more than five packs a day, the lungs were always clean.

    Even though I am a militant nonsmoker (tobacco or otherwise), I know that secondhand smoke DOES NOT KILL.

    i have to take home tests also and i failed one b/c of a similar situation....just drink a lot of water b4 the test

    and I passed both take home tests and they claim to be similar to the ones used by doctors!
