Question

Help answer this question below.

Do you think having a question mark in a question should be mandatory, to where AB won't accept new questions without one? Do you think that would help the problem of people just making statements about their situations without asking a question?

Well, the site isn't called questionbag it's called answerbag. People can suggest answers to a problem without there ever being a question. Plus, in those situations, the question "What do you think of this problem?" is implied.

I see the point, and agree :-) But people would just put "do you agree ?" or "any comments ?" at the end of thier statement, maybe a 'not a question' flag would be better ?

A '?' do not make it a question if it is not.

And at least some of those 'statements' are questions, even though gramatically they are not. Asker just dont know how to frame it as a question, and so we get a description instead.

When I can decipher the question, and have an answer, I just answer.
