  • Your rabbits cannot live together safely. Rabbits do not live together in the wild. They are too territorial and can fight or be constantly pregnant. It will also shorten their life by many years. ONly if rabbits are both altered can they live together. Then they are calmer and they aren't territorial as much. As to your rabbit, she needs to rest and recoup from her gestation, at least for 4-6 weeks. But if she is in there with him, she could already be pregnant again as rabbits can carry more than one litter at a time. But it is very hard on them physically. Your rabbits need to be separate. They each need to have a different diet and not have the stress of living with another rabbit. If you want to breed these rabbits, rest her for at least 6 weeks, feeding her very well with fresh hay and veggies. Then take HER to HIS cage, never the other way around, and let him mate with her for only 5-10 minutes. Then remove her and place her back in her own cage. On the 28th day, place a clean nest box in her cage with some straw. ON the 30-31 day she may have her kits.
  • you should separate them. as for rebreeding her you can breed her the day she gives birth but thats hard on her i usually wait a couple weeks.
