I have bought several items from newegg. They have always been delivered promptly and without problem. They have always been packaged well and as advertised. I can't speak to returns since I've never returned anything to newegg.

Newegg is probably one of the best sites to buy from ever. They're always very prompt on delivery, and they're pretty good price wise.

I have, and my dealings with them have been great. Good prices, delivered *before* they said it would be... all in all a great place to buy from.
