What would be considered the healthiest soda (not including diet) in terms of lowest sugar, calories, etc.?

    Apparently the healthiest soda would theoretically be plain seltzer because it contains no calories. Ginger ale is another alternative because it can calm an upset stomach, and it contains a lower sugar content than other sodas. [But whether you classify seltzer as a soda may question the validity of this answer.]
