Question

My guts hurts after I eat in restaurants but rarely bothers me when I eat at home. It's not the size of the meal-I eat small portions and never finish my meal. I think I must be sensitive to something that's used in restaurant cooking. Any ideas?

MSG is big in some restaurant foods, especially CHinese food. It is one of many preservatives that could be getting to you.

There is typically a LOT of hidden fat in restaurant food. So, it could be that.

Also, there are often a lot more preservatives in restaurant food, so it could also be that.
