My grandfather loves brown eggs, and loves ones that are actually fertilized. He says he can taste the difference between the eggs, even if you don't show him the eggs before cooking them.
-
Neither, I think they taste the same.
-
I don't have a preference. Eggs are eggs. Either one is good.
-
Either, they are eggsactly the same... I'm sorry...
-
white i have never had brown eggs.

I love brown eggs and those from chickens that free range and eat grass and veggies and fruits. They have so much more flavor. There isn't always a taste different between white and brown if you raise the chickens together in a more natural way but there is a difference between some breeds. I've never really liked white leghorn eggs much. They don't have good tight structure and it seems like it's harder for all the good things chickens eat to get inside those eggs. They were too well designed for commercial use.

I rather eat the white eggs, to me the brown country eggs yoke is a bit too strong for my liking. But I do use them to cook with in other dishes.
-
I like white eggs but not very often maybe one or twice a month.
-
I don't know anyone who can tell the difference once they are out of the shell.
-
I have never noticed a difference in the taste. The only time I care is at Easter, brown eggs look weird dyed.
-
I prefer brown eggs. They taste different from white eggs for some reason.
-
brown, they look healthier, stupid really
-
I like the white eggs best because the brown eggs have an after taste to me.
-
I dont eat eggs that much, but i cant say that ive ever tasted the difference.
-
I always get white eggs because they are less expensive, although I don't know why. There should be no difference in taste or nutrition between the two.
-
White hens lay white eggs, coloured hens lay brown eggs. For me the most important the freshness of the eggs not their colour.
-
both

Even though there isn't an inherent difference, because I live in an area surrounded by small farms, buying local brown eggs ups the chances that the eggs are from a smaller, traditional farm because the brown egg producing hens are larger and require more nutrition, which is less of a problem if you're doing crop rotation or have a small farm. Maybe I just mostly have a psychological association with white eggs to giant, unhealthy factory farms, but I like brown eggs from healthy farms best (though I'd rather have a white egg from a healthy farm than a brown factory farm egg) Damn. Bet you didn't want that long of an answer. Why's it have to be so complicated to get healthy food?
-
I prefer the pink ones
-
Even though they are exactly the same [the brown ones simply come from a different breed of hen, like Rhode Island Reds], the brown ones tend to cost more because it is more expensive to care for the types of hens that lay those color eggs. But I like the brown ones more just because they're different :]
-
I dont care. =) Theyre both eggs.. sooo.. yeah.. =D lol ~+~

When I've seen brown and white eggs from the same salesperson, and taken them home to compare, I've found that the white eggs have a deeper yellow yolk. The deeper the color, the more nutrients there are in the yolk. Another measure of egg quality: The higher the white stands and the less runny it is, the fresher it is. If you've got one that runs all over the frying pan, that thing's been en route a few weeks!
-
I like natural eggs which are more expensive but unlike the white, not chemically treated and bleached.
-
I really woouldnt know the diffrence
-
I don't prefer one over the other. They taste exactly the same.
-
the white chicken eggs
-
Can't see any difference.
-
White..just look cleaner. :)
