Technically there is a way, I had a neighbor that when he was 12 yo. he was almost 6 foot tall... The doctors gave him injections to keep him down to 6' 6" by the time he was 21. He would have been 7'8" if not controlled.

If you have a pituitary imbalance that is causing you to grow out of control, there are treatments that keep it in check or stop it. The condition may cause blindness and early death if left unchecked. It is also possible to stop growing if you become deficient in protein or calories. This is not recommended because it can lead to major health problems later. And taking medication, except in true gigantism, may create more serious problems than it solves. Finally, if you are not only very tall but have very long, spindly limbs and instability in them, and one or both parents also is like that, you had better get to a doctor. This can lead to aortic dissection, and you will need to have your aorta monitored for this. No, you will not be able to stop growing before your time without potentially dangerous drugs; but it does help to rule out Marfan's syndrome before it has a chance to do any further damage. (If both parents are normal or you are well-proportioned, it is highly unlikely to be the problem.)
