I got my tragus pierced 3 days ago with a gun. I've been cleaning it and it leaving it alone. It hurt for a minute when I got it done but hasen't since, not even a sting. Is it okay? Can I clean it with the same solution I cleaned my l

Go to a real piercer (one who would never use a piercing gun) and get real body jewelry put in it, butterfly backs are bad for collecting gunk, hard to clean, and usually inferior metal. Clean it with sea salt soaks and soap, throw the piercing solution away.
