Do you drink coffee, tea or anything else with caffiene in before you go to bed? if so cut that out at least a few hours before you hit the hay. Also i suffer from these too, usually the trigger factors for me are..worry, stress, cigarettes, joints.....to be honest unless you go see your doctor and get medication they will not go, but just ride through them, like panic attacks they cannot kill you so just remember that when you're having them, i know they are not pleasant, but just try NOT to think about them, even thinking makes them worse or lengthen the time.
