Is the house paid in full or do you still have a mortgage? If you still have a mortgage and your daughter's credit is good: 1. You could call the mortgage company and see if you could pay to add your daughter to the note and add her name to the deed. 2. you could try to refinance under a new fixed mortgage with yourself and your daughter on the mortgage. This is if it will save you money. The rates are pretty good now and add your daughter's name. I would do one of these options only is your daughter has been helping you pay the mortgage. If your daughter is not contributing to your payments than why add her? It would not be fair to you.

You should be able to file a quick claim, which simply adds a person to the title.
