Do you wear one pair of shoes when you go out, and reserve a clean pair to wear inside the house, or do you take off your shoes inside the house?

Here in Norway it is normal to take your shoes off when entering a house. I keep a pair of crocs at home to wear around the house as I have problems with my feat, but NO ONE enters my house, unless its an emergency, with shoes on.

Yes, I usually do take off my work or dress shoes when I get home and put on sneakers or slippers. Or, when it's warm I put on sandals or go barefoot.

Our frond door looks like a parking lot, Indoor slippies, furries, outdoor slippies, boots and tennies for work.

I do that with sneakers. I have one pair that I only wear inside the house when I'm exercising and the other pair I use for outside the house. Other than exercising, I don't wear shoes in the house.

I never wear shoes in my house unless I have guests over. I go barefoot in the summer and wear thick socks in the winter.

I used to live in Hawaii. You do not enter anyones house there with shoes on. And nobody enters our house with them either. I like to wear socks.Kinda like slipas. We have a shoe box and rack at the front door to leave your shoes.

I always take my shoes off at the door. I wear slippers in winter and go barefoot in summer. I ask visitors to take their shoes off. I hosted a party a few months ago and said on the invitation that I wanted shoes-off. Everybody had a great time. I hate the fact that in Britain, people wear shoes in the house. I wear slippers in the house, my feet like to be comfy. Everyone else in the house leaves their shoes on. Maybe I should make them clean the floors instead of me and then they would take the darn things off at the door.

Most people take their shoes off at the door. We go barefoot or wear slippers. In the winter it's pretty cold unless we have the radiant floor heat on, then it's glorious to be barefooted. We had a slipper basket by the door so people could choose their own and still stay warm:-)

No, I don't change my shoe when I come in the house, unless it is too dirty. Indoors I always wear some kind of shoe or go barefoot. I hate walking around in socks.

I usually take mine off if I dont plan on going right back outside or if there dirty. I do have a pair of running sneaks that I almost never wear out of the house that I wear inside sometimes though.
