Question

Help answer this question below.

Bought a used car and noticed a significant vibration over 50 mph. Put tires on a Hunter GSP9700, showed 3 tires had 8 lb, one had 31 lb road force. Tech remounted tire, got it down to 24 lb. Better, but vibration is still there. Is that tire bad?

What about the rim? Try dismounting and changing over two of the tires. If the problem follows the "bad" tire then I would expect the problem to be the tire. If the problem persists with the rim then it would be a bad rim.
