well it is almost 0 degrees where I live right now. It has been hurting for a day or two now. Should I be worried? Is there anything I can do to make it stop hurting?

It's almost that cold here now. I find that sitting with my knees closer together keeps my cheeks from spreading and allows me to sit on a meatier portion of my butt. The combination of less spreadage and more cushioning helps a bit.
Also, don't sit on very hard surfaces. During my breaks at work, I sometimes sit on the edge of the loading dock; VERY unforgiving. The cold spreads to the muscles, makes them contract, and OWW! (Not counting the pain in the other muscles there.)

at work I sit on the hard plastic chairs in the break room. Otherwise I am standing the whole time at work. I had a yeast infection a week or so ago. I was wondering if this had anything to do with it.
by youngandinlove on February 10th, 2008
Possibly. Us males are FAR less prone to those however, so I wouldn't know from experience.

well I got the infection from stupid medicine. I NEVER take medicine but I had to because I had severe strep throat. Well, I just hope it goes away soon!!!

It usually takes more than a week for those to COMPLETELY go away. or at least go away enough for my wife to stop complaining.

well this was my first one. I had it for about a week and its been about 1 week to 2 weeks since it cleared up. I didn't take any meds for it either. I don't like medicine. haha.
