    I think they used to sell Clearasil in a "tinted" version which I believe was like make-up but not sure if that would be a good match for your skin tone. I would only suggest blending a little foundation on the blemish instead of putting it all over your face. Personally, I would refrain from putting anything on a pustule or pimple, might make it angrier.

    Absolutely; it is completely ok for a guy to wear any and every sort of make-up they choose to, no matter what the reason. Some people have problems with it, but that is 'their' imperfection, not yours.
