  • No, not at all. Radio waves are low frequency, they're passing right through your body all the time. Even before the invention of electronics, these waves still existed. Turn on a radio to an AM station that gets weird noises, those are examples of waves not created by humans. In fact, light is an electromagnetic wave just like radio waves. Even micro waves simply heat us up, they're not even actually damaging, they can just hurt and screw up temperature sensitive parts of our bodies (which is all of your internal stuff above 112F). Ultraviolet waves are the most common damaging waves, those can cause some cancer issues. Of course, so can waves of higher frequencies such as X-Rays, gamma rays (also known as nuclear radiation), etc. The fact that these waves are created to transmit information has absolutely nothing to do with their damaging characteristics, either.
  • No, you are safe from the waves, but look out for the new wave of snake oil salesmen out there that are selling this as a "big hazard", "government conspiracy", etc. They are offering "solutions" that you can put on your cell phone, et. al. Little bean-like things that you put on the back to save you from this imaginary hazard. Get 'em by the dozen for a few hundred $$ a shot. But, wait, you too can be a salesman/distributor for these wonderful things. The whole thing smells very bad downwind. If you want to see their pitch, go to httP://www.biopro411.com. My qualifications are 40+ years of experience as an EE. Also lived next door to a dairy once.

  • Well, daylight is essentially "information carrying radio waves", except very considerably higher energy. Does daylight wreak havoc on your body?
