isn't it unfair that "at will" employee's can be fired without reason but we are expected to give 2 week notice if we want to quit

You're reading My question: I was denied UI for harrassment of a female employee. Which is a lie. I did appeal. My former employer says I used profane languange and I did, but it wasn't to her anybody else. Plus my former employer didn't give a chance to tell my side.
