I have been living in sin for about four months. Will the Catholic Church still marry us?

    The Catholic Church will certainly still marry you. Providing of course, that you meet all other criteria for marriage within the church (i.e. man and woman, neither previously married, at least one of you baptized Catholic etc.)

    As for your concerns about living in sin, simply go to confession, do your penance and avoid the sin again until after the wedding--ideally, move into different homes, if possible, but do what you can. God does not hold grudges.

    Four months of sex without marriage, what makes you want to get married, it's like you are married without the commitment. If things don't work out, you can just up and leave each other and move on to the next one.
