    47mph down a steep road, but went way faster down a mountain in the Alps in France, didn't have a speedo then though.

    about 42 MPH, but it was only for about 3 seconds. It was at a downhill slope at this one place called the Santa Fe Dam near where I live.

    yeah, rodky mountain park in co has a road that goes downhill for like 13 miles... we hit about 45... no speedo, but passing cars yelled at us.

    mountain bike tires were wailing on that asphalt...
