  • Try watching your dogs diet a little closer. He may have eaten something he wasn't supposed to. Or it could also be caused be an illness/disease. Take that pup to a vet.
  • I agree with artistinagony...I know of nothing in particular that would cause a strong odor of metal in feces and suggest that you take A SAMPLE of your dog's stool into the vet for a lab check. This typically can cost between $12 to $20 and if there is something about it that the Vet requires the dog be brought in for...then you can take the pup in as well...but start with a sample. Even if you take the dog in, the Vet would still need a sample to run, more than likely. At the least call and speak to the Vet and go from there.
