I think Atkins is a bunch of horseshit. Just looking at it, it looks like a terrible idea. It will make you lose weight, but you won't keep it off. I think what people need is a lifestyle adjustment. Use common sense when eating and exercise daily.
I would say the tape worm diet, unless you have a death wish
any program that you DONT follow. aka eating extra food on weight watchers or LA weight loss. been ther edone that. the only time i lost was when i was ANALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL

All the fad ones. Exercise 3 times a week, eat healthy, and you'll lose weight healthy, too.
those "magic" pills where you dont have to change your lifestyle and you still lose weight.
