Help answer this question below.

My satellite dish is working - TV shows the guide, the block at the top that tells what program I am on, etc., but there is no picture on the screen and no sound. (Other TVs are working fine.) What's wrong?

if the tv can show the sat guide & info the tv is fine - unplug the sat box for 30-60 seconds to let it reset. It will take about 5 min to run self test & start back up - static lockup is real common

Purchased a sony display tv. No cable right now. A bar with tv setups pops up at the top, display removes it but it comes back up. Any help?
