Probably about 45 minutes. Recently I had a half hour+ one when I called in to ask just why my traffic was being shaped. I payed for an uncapped connection, they had no right to cap it without notifying me (or at all). Lots of discussion. Even more shuffling me to supervisor to supervisor. My longest was when my net kept getting knocked off, 45 minute wait, then they had me go through my computer and check settings, I kept telling them "I know it's not my computer, it's your shitty service". They kept me on the line trying to "talk me through repairing the computer" for at least an hour and a half till I hung up.

45 minutes. I had to go through their automated system first, and that was okay, but I would always rather get to the live person first, since the auto system hardly ever helps solve my problem and I end up getting a live agent anyway.

hours. and then the connection disappears. i found that women techs are the least help. I always ask for a man if i get a woman. women can help women because they think alike. and a man can help a man best because we think alike. they always tell me to flush my cookies...and that means flushing all my passwords, too. usually after so much agravation, i am able to solve the problem myself.
