You can't remove scars using household products so forget that notion.
Scars are damaged skin, they will fade with time (in your case they'll probably be virtually unnoticable within a few years) and there are things you can do that will help, but you can't remove them completely without specialist cosmetic procedures (such as a skin peel or microdermabrasian - neither of which you would be able to have until you are sixteen, or in some cases eighteen).

To help with the condition of your skin and make the scars less unsightly you need a regular skin care regime. Use a mild facial wash every day and follow up with a good moisturiser (it needn't be expensive). also invest in a gentle exfoliating scrub (such as St Ives apricot scrub.) and use that once a week to get rid of dead skin cells and bring the fresh ones to the surface. Keeping hydrated will help your skin so drink lots of water and eat plenty of fruit and vegetables. Avoid salty foods which will dehydrate you. Vitamins A and E are particularly important for skin health and a quick google search will throw up information about foods with these in. Getting out in gentle sunlight can also help.

If you're really worried about scarring there are some treatments that claim to reduce it (such as Bio Oil) although these are essentially just intense moiturisers with added vitamin E. They're worth a try if you have some spare pocket money but don't expect miracles.

you might feel more confident with a little make up but try not to over-do it or you'll make it look worse. If you ask at some of the major brands make up counters they'll show you how to apply foundation and concealer for free (they will try and sell you stuff but you're not under any obligation, you can always say you'll come back later and then go buy something cheaper instead!)

Not exactly for the scarring, but reducing (or ideally eliminating) sugar (white and brown) and foods with sugar can definitely improve the over quality of your complexion.

Mix 1 tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar with a pint of water, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Drink it through the day. Wash your face with baking soda and water.

I would use Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

When your older, you can have diamond peel. Your face will peel to get rid of those scars. But if those scars are deep, diamond peel won't work that much.
