My cell phone got wet, Just a little. I dried it out, and when I plug it in in, it shows charging. When I go to turn it on, it will take me to my main screen then shuts off. Could it be the battery?

Yes. I'd remove the battery & see if there's water where the battery contacts the phone. Let them both dry out & try again.

Mmm.. I had an old Nokia that just got a little damp in it whilst it was in a bag in rainy weather, just damp air (not actual water) and it fried itself - dead. There is often no hermetic seal on the casing; water ingress can kill it, even if it's 'turned off' (still power on PCB). Try someone else's battery - if fault persists, it's your phone.
