If you put a platform on top of a car and drove 70 m/h on a straight and level road, could a Cessna Skyhawk wit a skilled pilot land on top of it?

    Not only is it possible, it has been done. (on a flatbed semi) It was an emergency landing and the pilot was trying to use a road and right before touchdown, a semi came under him and he landed on the trailer without a choice. Lucky enough, he made it.

    Yes, most aircraft need to obtain 70 mph to obtain lift. The biggest issue would be the weight of the plane on top of the car could cause the car to either collapse or be forced into a rapid slow down, therefore sliding the plane off of the ramp. I would be better done with a semi truck hauling a tailor.
