My Black Lab has bumps under his nose, around his mouth and around his stomach area. What could they be?

It could be a bacterial infection, which can be caused by a dog lying in the dirt. The moisture from his skin or the ground, combined with the dirt, is a breeding ground for bacteria. If this is the problem, the vet will give him antibiotics.
